Return & Cancellation Policy – Harrier Luggage

How to Request a Return

If you’re not fully satisfied with your Harrier Luggage purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery:

  • Visit My Account > My Orders to place your return request.

  • Make sure to upload clear images or videos of the item for review.

Review & Approval

  • Our team will review your request within 1 business day and notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Returns cannot be accepted once the 7-day return window has passed.

Pickup Process

  • Once your return is approved, Harrier Luggage will arrange a pickup from your location.

  • The reverse pickup will be completed within 15 working days of initiating the request.

  • Note: Delays may occur in non-serviceable PIN codes—thank you for your patience.

Product Inspection

  • Your returned item will be inspected within 7 working days after pickup.

  • If approved, you’ll receive either a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions

Please ensure the returned item:

  • Is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Has not been altered or repaired by third parties.

  • Includes the original box and packaging; missing items will result in a ₹100 deduction per item.

If your order included a bundle or discount, partial returns may still be accepted—please contact customer support for more help.


Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping:
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped through My Account > My Orders. Prepaid orders will be refunded in full.

After Shipping:
Cancellation is still possible after the product is shipped, but a refund will be issued only after the item is returned to us.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You may choose a wallet credit or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 6–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Wallet Credit:
Instant credit will be added to your Harrier Luggage account after pickup. It can be used for future purchases but cannot be converted to cash.

COD Orders:
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be made to your bank account. Kindly share your bank details via email or WhatsApp to initiate the process.
