Harrier Luggage Warranty Policy

At Harrier, we take pride in crafting travel gear that stands up to your journey. Every Harrier bag is backed by a warranty, specific to the product, which can be found in the product details section. Please note, Harrier offers a national warranty only—international coverage is not included.

2-Year Warranty – Quality You Can Trust

Harrier Luggage, powered by Ventex Germany’s robust engineering, undergoes extensive quality checks to meet the highest performance standards. If a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship occurs within two years from the purchase date, Harrier will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product in accordance with our warranty terms. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser or gift recipient.

What’s Covered:
  • Defects due to materials or workmanship

  • Issues verified and serviced only through an authorized Harrier Service Center

What’s Not Covered:
  • Wear and tear from normal use

  • Mishandling or accidents during travel (e.g., airline transit damage)

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, moisture, or chemicals

  • Unauthorized repairs or servicing

  • Damage due to shipping items not intended for the bag

Please inspect your luggage upon arrival, especially after air travel. For transit-related damage, file a claim immediately with the carrier before customs clearance, if possible.

Locks provided are for preventing accidental openings, not guaranteed to prevent theft or tampering by authorities or transport staff.

International Support – Limited Assistance Available

While Harrier does not offer a full international warranty, limited support is available for key accessories:

  • Accessory Damage (Handles, Wheels, Telescopic Handles, Locks): We’ll send you the required parts along with easy video instructions for self-repair.

  • Shell Cracks: If the shell (only in Polypropylene models) cracks, a replacement can be arranged within India only.

  • Zipper Issues: Repairs are possible only within India.


This warranty grants you specific legal rights. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply regarding implied warranties, incidental damages, and the scope of repair or replacement.

Harrier Luggage Warranty Assurance

Under normal usage conditions, Harrier Luggage by Ventex Germany is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty specifically covers the following spare parts: wheels, rubber bush (cushions), pick-up handle, telescopic handle, locks, zippers, and logo elements.

At Harrier Luggage, our products undergo thorough quality testing to meet the highest standards for durable and reliable travel gear. We proudly offer a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

However, the following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use, including scratches, dents, and scuffs

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, mishandling, or lack of proper care

  • Accidents, abrasions, or exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or any transport-related damage (e.g., airline handling)

  • Damage from natural disasters, such as floods or earthquakes

  • Improper or unauthorized repairs, maintenance, or alterations

  • Damage to internal linings

  • Wear and tear of PU (polyurethane) components

  • Use of the product for purposes other than intended

  • Use with non-Harrier or third-party accessories

Please note:

  • The warranty covers only the product’s value, not its contents or any associated loss.

  • Locks are designed to prevent accidental opening, not to prevent theft, tampering, or inspection by authorities or airport personnel.

  • If your luggage is damaged during transit, report the issue immediately at your arrival location before clearing customs, and file a claim with the relevant transport provider.

Harrier Luggage may, at its discretion, repair or replace a product found to be defective under warranty terms. Design or specification changes may occur without notice.

To proceed with a warranty claim, the following documents and steps are required:

  • A copy or original proof of purchase (sales receipt).

  • The return of the product to us for verification under warranty.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs to Harrier Germany are your responsibility; however, inspection and return shipping are free of charge.

  • Harrier Germany is not liable for products that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping method.

  • All returned products will undergo an authenticity check. Counterfeit items will be confiscated and handled by our legal team. If you believe you’ve received a counterfeit item, please contact the original seller for compensation.

If your claim is approved and the defect is due to materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will offer a suitable remedy. This may include sending you a replacement that is identical, similar in style, or an equivalent substitute, based on availability. The replacement will continue to be covered under the original warranty duration.
